TOP Company NEWS: capital moves, ownership changes and network reorganisations in Szeklerland | July–August 2026

During July and August 2026, Romania’s Official Gazette once again published a series of significant changes concerning major companies in the Szeklerland economy.

The two-month period brought announcements of substantial capital increases, ownership restructurings, management changes and new financing arrangements. Several companies also reorganised their operating networks: new workplaces were opened, others were closed, and a number of registered offices were relocated.

TOP Company News continues to feature businesses that play a defining role in the economic life of their respective regions through their turnover, workforce or market importance.

Below, grouped by zone, we summarise the most important corporate decisions affecting key players in Szeklerland’s economy.

Trei Scaune de Jos

Sfântu Gheorghe-based ALUCO SRL relocated its registered office from 46 Strada Țigaretei, Sfântu Gheorghe, to 56–58 Strada Țigaretei. At the same time, the workplace previously operating at 46 Strada Țigaretei was closed. Füstös Imre’s term as administrator was set at 15 years.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based D-TOYS SA underwent a change in its ownership structure: Füstös Tibor transferred 86,241 shares, with a total nominal value of RON 862,410 and representing 6% of the company’s capital, to Duşa Doru. Following the transaction, Black Sea Fund I Coöperatief U.A. holds 70%, Füstös Tibor 24% and Duşa Doru 6%.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based DUNAPACK RAMBOX PRODIMPEX SRL changed its management: Sukan Bugra was removed as administrator and replaced by Popolan Eduard-Vasile for a four-year term.

Reci-based HS TIMBER PRODUCTIONS RECI SRL approved a significant capital restructuring. In order to address the RON 82.43 million loss recorded at the end of 2025, the company used several sources and reduced its share capital from RON 563.25 million to RON 25.91 million. Of the capital reduction, RON 38.19 million was used to cover losses, while approximately RON 499.14 million was transferred to other reserves. HS Timber Industrieinvest GmbH remains the sole shareholder. According to a separate filing, the company also closed its workplace at no. 213, Remeți, Bulz commune, Bihor County.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based SITREB SA carried out a major capital and ownership restructuring. The company increased its share capital by RON 25,395,800 through the conversion of receivables, taking it to RON 25,825,800. Berszány Tibor contributed RON 20,713,100 and Berszány Emese RON 4,682,700. Berszány Tibor subsequently transferred 1,864 shares with a total nominal value of RON 8,015,200 to Berszány Emese. As a result, the ownership stakes became fully equal: each now holds 3,003 shares, representing 50% of the company.

Chichiș-based VIASTEIN SRL increased its share capital by RON 940,000 to RON 17,001,000. VIAPROBUILD KFT remains the sole shareholder. The capital increase was accompanied by a share premium of RON 3.26 million.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based METAL GROUP SRL increased its share capital from RON 200 to RON 5,000, with the RON 4,800 cash contribution provided by sole shareholder Barabás József. The company also closed its workplace at 16 Șoseaua București–Urziceni, Pavilion Z, unit ST_75AZ, Afumați.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based SEPSI REKREATÍV SA finalised changes to its management. Nagy Mária Magdolna, Székely Róbert and Szász Lóránd were appointed to the board of directors for four-year terms ending on 12 December 2029.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based SEPSI PROTEKT SA appointed Kádár Judit as chief executive officer and executive member of the board. Her four-year mandate runs until 1 November 2029.

In the insolvency proceedings of Sfântu Gheorghe-based TRICOMSERV SA, Varga Ioan was appointed special administrator without remuneration.

Bățanii Mari-based CERAMICA VINCZI SRL closed its workplace at 251 Strada Cinodului, Bățanii Mari.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based KOVAPROD FARM SRL opened a new pharmacy unit in Sfântu Gheorghe. The Farmacia HYGEA 4 workplace is located at 11 Strada Sporturilor, block 23, staircase C, apartment 14, commercial unit no. 2.

Sfântu Gheorghe-based INSTAL-ALL SRL established a new workplace at 3/A Strada Széchenyi István, Arcuș.

Ciuc Zone

Tușnad Nou-based APEMIN TUŞNAD SA approved a substantial dividend payment. Based on its results at the end of September 2025, the company approved interim dividends of RON 15.84 million, supplemented by a further RON 1.16 million from previous years’ earnings and reserves, bringing the total distribution to RON 17 million. The board composition also changed: Strong Business SRL was replaced by Taylor Capital SRL, formerly known as Bitter Management, represented by Szabó Sándor-Zsolt.

Sâncrăieni-based PERLA HARGHITEI SA also approved a significant distribution to shareholders. The approved interim dividend amounted to RON 24.21 million, or RON 5.48 gross per share, supplemented by another RON 2.32 million from reserves, equivalent to RON 0.52 per share. The total payment therefore reaches RON 26.52 million, or RON 6 gross per share. Strong Business SRL was likewise replaced on the board by Taylor Capital SRL, represented by Szabó Sándor-Zsolt.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based LACTATE HARGHITA SA extended the board mandates of Alenka Malenica, Olivier Christophe Savary and Hurrem Onur Barim. Their new terms run until 19 December 2026.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based HARPLAST SRL changed its management: following the departure of Erdős-Kedves Sándor, Dávid László was appointed administrator. Bajkó Nicolae and Bajkó Miklós remain the company’s other administrators.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based CAMELCODING SRL restructured its ownership and relocated its registered office. The office moved from 15 Strada Culmei, staircase B, apartment 11, Miercurea-Ciuc, to 7 Strada Kőrösi Csoma Sándor, second floor, Miercurea-Ciuc. At the same time, the workplace at 5 Strada Mihai Eminescu was closed. Sólyom Csaba-Attila also exited the company, transferring his 5% stake to Szilágyi Levente. The new ownership structure is: Szilágyi Levente 30%, Gergely Csaba 25%, Kolumbán Lehel 25% and CSIKINVEST HOLDING SRL 20%.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based TECTUM COMPANY SA approved the repurchase of up to 37,590 of its own shares at RON 32.88 per share. It also closed its workplace at 18 Strada Narciselor, Nazna, Sâncraiu de Mureș commune.

Sânsimion-based LIXID PROJECT SRL reorganised its management: Pál Tibor was removed, leaving Spišák Robert and Kovács Andrea as the two administrators authorised to represent the company jointly.

Sânsimion-based PITYÓKA GYÁR SRL underwent a similar management change. Pál Tibor’s mandate ended, and the company is now represented jointly by Spišák Robert and Kovács Andrea.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based MVM FUTURE ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SRL increased its nominal share capital by only RON 10, but the transaction involved a subscription amount of RON 15.72 million, including a share premium of almost RON 15.718 million. MVM Energy România SA remains the sole shareholder. The company also opened a workplace at 2 Strada Gara Herăstrău, second floor, unit O21A, Bucharest, Sector 2.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based MEDIX SRL increased its share capital from RON 200 to RON 5,000, while Máté Imre and Márton Gyárfás retained equal 50% stakes. The company also opened a workplace at 38 Strada Revoluției din Decembrie, apartment 43, Miercurea-Ciuc.

Păuleni-Ciuc-based CONSOFT-CONSULTING SRL relocated its workplace within the same building in Miercurea-Ciuc, from 33 Strada Márton Áron, first floor, office 1, apartment 1, to 33 Strada Márton Áron, first floor, apartment 10.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based INTRAMUROS CONCEPT SRL closed its workplace at 1/B Strada Stadion and opened a new one at 4 Strada Aratăstető.

Miercurea-Ciuc-based REMAT HARGHITA SA made several management changes. Miklós Levente-Dionisie’s membership and chairmanship of the board ended, the mandates of Negru Nicolai and Negru Petru were extended for another four years, and Prodan Kinga-Dana was appointed board member and chair. The company also closed two collection and processing locations: 220 Strada Kossuth Lajos, Gheorgheni, and no. 555, Tomești.

Văcărești-based IRISZ FENYO SRL significantly increased its share capital from RON 200 to RON 50,000.

Lunca de Jos-based UNIO LUNCA SRL increased its capital from RON 3,000 to RON 5,000. Under the new ownership structure, Bilibók Katalin holds 50%, while Bilibók Erika and Bilibók Zsolt each hold 25%.

Trei Scaune de Sus

Covasna-based APT AG GROUP SRL increased its share capital from RON 200 to RON 5,000. At the same time, it closed two workplaces: one at 69–71 Calea 13 Septembrie, Bucharest, and another at 18/A Strada Școlii, Covasna.

Lemnia-based ELECTROIDEA SRL increased its share capital from RON 200 to RON 1,250,200 by capitalising RON 1.25 million in retained earnings. Lukács-Paizs Hunor remains the sole shareholder.

Târgu Secuiesc-based EMUDDING SRL also carried out a capital increase from retained earnings, raising its share capital from RON 200 to RON 100,000. Luka Levente and Tankó Sándor continue to hold equal 50% stakes.

Covasna-based GOS-TRANS-COM SRL, wholly owned by the town of Covasna, approved a cash capital increase of RON 198,740. Share capital consequently rose from RON 1,071,505 to RON 1,270,245.

Târgu Secuiesc-based THENORDICMARK SRL increased its capital by approximately RON 1.015 million, from RON 1.498 million to RON 2.513 million. THENORDICMARK GROUP s.r.o. remains the sole shareholder.

Brețcu-based SECONF SA removed ONESTA BT SRL from the administrator position and appointed Lőrincz Mária-Ágnes for a two-year term.

Târgu Secuiesc-based SECUIANA SA continued to reorganise its retail network. The company closed outlets including those at 142 Bd. 1 Decembrie 1918, Cluj-Napoca; 401 Bd. Tomis – DN2A, Constanța; 20 Șos. Vergului, Bucharest; 210–210B Splaiul Independenței, unit B45, Bucharest; and T49, Calea Moldovei – DN2/E85, European Retail Park, Focșani. At the same time, a new workplace was registered at 65 Strada Bem József, Târgu Secuiesc.

Târgu Secuiesc-based INTER DOMO SRL closed its workplace at 4 Piața Gábor Áron, Târgu Secuiesc.

Târgu Secuiesc-based LOGISTIKA SRL closed its unit at 11/A Strada Abatorului, Târgu Secuiesc.

Târgu Secuiesc-based PROMOBIL SOLARIS SRL underwent a significant ownership change. Szász László and Szász Kinga transferred their entire holdings to PROMOBIL SRL, making the latter the sole shareholder.

Târgu Secuiesc-based PROMOBIL SRL increased its own share capital by RON 500,000, from RON 505,000 to RON 1.005 million, using retained earnings. Szász László remains the sole shareholder.

Târgu Secuiesc-based NOVAGENIUS SA approved several new financing arrangements. INTER DOMO first received approval for a RON 49,000 card loan over 24 months and a RON 136,000 investment loan over 60 months, followed by another decision approving RON 400,000 in financing over 120 months. The collateral includes LOGISTIKA’s property at 4 Piața Gábor Áron, Târgu Secuiesc.

Catalina-based TAMPON-MIX RO SRL moved its registered office from Brețcu to Catalina: from no. 291, Brețcu, to 2/A Strada Principală, Catalina. At the same time, it closed its workplace at no. 1/C, Catalina.

Covasna-based KARLO-ROBERTO TRADE-COM SRL increased its share capital from RON 1,000 to RON 5,000.

Gheorgheni Zone

Remetea-based BAYER DISTRIBUTION SRL increased its share capital by RON 56,000 to RON 106,000. The company also has capital reserves exceeding RON 10.8 million. BAYER CONSTRUCT Zrt remains the sole shareholder.

Joseni-based BFL BUILD TECHNOLOGY SRL underwent a significant ownership restructuring. ROYALS EXPERT Kft. transferred its entire holding to BFL CONSTRUCT Kft., which became the sole shareholder. Szabó Katalin was removed as administrator. The registered office address was also changed from no. 126/B, Joseni, to 72/B Strada Gheorgheni, Joseni.

Gheorgheni-based DEPISTO STAR SRL changed its ownership structure: Gavrilă Mircea transferred 2,000 shares to Danciu Răzvan-Alexandru. Following the transaction, Gavrilă Mircea holds 60% and Danciu Răzvan-Alexandru 40%.

Remetea-based DEXTRA SOFTWARE SRL increased its share capital from RON 2,000 to RON 5,020. Following the transaction, Balázs Márk and Molnár Roland each hold 40%, Szőcs Barna 18%, and Boros Botond, Dávid Tamás, Tankó-Gábor Tihamér and Veress Szilárd each 0.5%.

The shareholders of Gheorgheni-based EVENTSIC SRL decided to dissolve and simultaneously liquidate the company. According to the resolution, the company has no debts to creditors or the state.

Remetea-based SZIGEPSZERK SRL increased its share capital by RON 74,000 to RON 119,000. The operation was accompanied by an exceptionally large share premium of approximately RON 88.93 million. SZIGÉPSZERK ÉPÍTŐIPARI ÉS SZOLGÁLTATÓ KFT remains the sole shareholder.

Borzont-based TOTAL MEAT SOLUTIONS SRL increased its share capital to RON 1,800, with TIBZOLAND HOLDING Kft. now holding 60% and Kari András 40%. The capital transaction was accompanied by a share premium of almost RON 35.96 million. The company also established a new workplace in Joseni commune, on the property registered under Land Book no. 57110 Joseni.

Hodoșa-based PEMAR SPECTRUM CONSTRUCT SRL admitted a new shareholder, Doți Dumitru-Marius. Share capital was increased from RON 200 to RON 5,000, with Stan Petru-Vasile and Doți Dumitru-Marius each holding 50%. The company closed its workplace at 47 Strada Avram Iancu, Toplița, and opened a new one at 84 Strada Libertății, Hodoșa.

Gheorgheni-based PIETA SRL closed its shoe shop at 18 Strada Petőfi Sándor, Miercurea-Ciuc.

Gheorgheni-based OCOLUL SILVIC DE REGIM GHEORGHENI SA made several management changes. The mandates of board chair Melles Előd, deputy chair Mihálydeák Imre and Keresztes András were extended by four years, while Ivacson Francisc and Benedek Árpád were replaced by Hajdú-Balogh László and Román Valentin. The address of one workplace in Joseni was also updated following changes to the official street register: from no. 1, Joseni, to 215 Strada Gheorgheni, Joseni.

Gheorgheni-based MOUNTAIN MUSIC SRL admitted two new shareholders, Bagossy Norbert and Bagossy László, and increased its share capital from RON 210 to RON 5,000. Kozma Zsombor, Bartis Szilárd, Tatár Attila, Bagossy Norbert and Bagossy László now each hold 20%. Bagossy Norbert and Bagossy László were also appointed administrators.

Ciumani-based DEVELOPMENT EURO SERVICE DES SRL moved its registered office from Satu Mare County to Ciumani. The previous address was 16 Strada Verona, Mărtinești, Odoreu commune, while the new registered office is at no. 965/A, Ciumani. The company also closed its workplace at 13 Piața 25 Octombrie, apartment 4, Satu Mare.

Remetea-based PRO REMETE SRL established a new workplace at 14 Strada Falu, Remetea.

Mureș Zone

Sânpaul-based PROTENA SRL, formerly known as UBM FEED ROMÂNIA SRL, underwent a major ownership restructuring. UBM Trade Zrt. sold its entire 45% stake: 17.5% went to Poultry Investment SA and 27.5% to East Grain SA. Under the new structure, East Grain SA holds 50%, East Consulting SRL 22.5%, Poultry Investment SA 17.5% and Oprea Avi Com SRL 10%. Horváth Péter stepped down as administrator, leaving Laczkó Dénes-Zsolt as the sole administrator.

New bank financing was approved for Sântana de Mureș-based CIS GAZ SA. One arrangement is a RON 4 million three-year loan provided by Exim Banca Românească, secured among other things by receivables arising from the company’s contract with ROMGAZ. A RON 10 million bank guarantee facility provided by Banca Transilvania was also extended for another 72 months.

Târgu Mureș-based E.ON ENERGIE ROMÂNIA SA changed the composition of its board: Andrei Nicolae Popa was replaced by Angelica Pagu, whose mandate runs until 21 July 2029. The company also approved an ING credit facility of up to RON 300 million to cover short-term financing and guarantee requirements. Within the E.ON group, new service agreements were also concluded with E.ON Asist Complet, covering household service packages as well as technical, design, project management and operational services for corporate clients.

Târgu Mureș-based E.ON ASIST COMPLET SA also changed its management: Horea Harşan’s board membership ended and Alexandru-Mihai Elena was appointed in his place. The company also entered into an agreement with GCL System Integration Technology GmbH for the procurement of solar panels for a project related to Kronospan.

Târgu Mureș-based EIGHTEENGYM SRL significantly expanded its network. Nine new workplaces were registered in Iași, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu and Brașov. The new locations include 46 Strada Anastasie Panu, second floor, Hala Centrală complex, Iași; 1 Șoseaua Virtuții, Sir Shopping Centre, Bucharest; 10 Piața Unirii, Dumbrava Commercial Complex, Sibiu; and 128 Strada Zizinului, Brașov. The address of an existing Brașov unit was also corrected from 13/A Bd. Gării to 3/A Bd. Gării. At the same time, the company’s share capital increased from RON 860 to RON 5,000, with RONEA HOLDING SRL remaining the sole shareholder.

Chirileu-based HIRSCHMANN AUTOMOTIVE TM SRL closed its workplace at 1/G Parcul Industrial Chirileu.

Sângeorgiu de Mureș-based PIINEA DE CASA SRL carried out another capital increase, raising its share capital from RON 4,595,000 to RON 4,807,200. Under the new ownership structure, Kovács Béla holds 70%, while Ştefan Gheorghe and Poplăcean Ioana Adeluţa each hold 15%. The company also closed three workplaces: 95 Strada Libertății, Târgu Mureș; no. 74, Pănet; and 79 Strada Voinicenilor, Târgu Mureș.

Târgu Mureș-based ADAMS VISION SRL opened a new workplace at 28 Strada Ştefan cel Mare, Arena Mall, unit EE-03, Bacău, while closing its unit at 26 Strada Victor Babeş, ground floor, apartment 2, Cluj-Napoca.

Târgu Mureș-based CASTA SOFTWARE & SERVICES SRL opened a workplace at 22 Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu, Greengate Offices, 11th floor, office 1, Bucharest.

Târgu Mureș-based WEBBEDS SERVICES SRL closed its workplace at 11 Strada Voltaire, first floor, Cluj-Napoca.

Târgu Mureș-based CENTRUL MEDICAL TOPMED SRL registered two new secondary locations: one at 183 Bd. 1 Decembrie 1918, Târgu Mureș, and another at 5 Strada Gheorghe Barițiu, Luduș.

Târgu Mureș-based SOGEPA SRL established a new workplace at no. 1, Vidrasău, Ungheni.

Târgu Mureș-based PROFESSIONAL RECYCLE SRL underwent a significant ownership change. Tothăzan Carla-Marissa transferred her entire 43% stake to Şandor Dan, while Moloiu Nicolae transferred his 33% holding to Moloiu Mihail. Following the restructuring, Moloiu Mihail and Şandor Dan each hold 43%, Husti Călin-George 10%, while Lanţoş Marius-Cornel, Toncean Bogdan, Rotar Cristina-Marcela and Apofăian Cătălin each hold 1%.

Târgu Mureș-based GRACE HOLDINGS SRL continued the consolidation of corporate holdings. As part of a capital increase, stakes held in several companies were contributed in kind to the holding company.

As part of the same process, the ownership structure of Târgu Mureș-based ASMOTEC ELECTRIC SRL changed: Toma Emanuel’s entire holding was transferred to GRACE HOLDINGS SRL, which became the sole shareholder.

The ownership structure of Târgu Mureș-based LUKY DĂMĂTĂR SRL also changed, with the previously directly held private stake being replaced by GRACE HOLDINGS SRL.

Târgu Mureș-based ATLAS PROPERTIES SRL also changed its ownership structure. ATLAS SPORT SRL transferred 285,759 shares to Toma Sorina-Mihaela, who became the company’s sole shareholder.

Cristești-based ELEKTROMODUL ROMANIA SRL announced two management changes. Kolvek Frantisek’s mandate as administrator ended and he was replaced by Nelson Daciana-Maria, while Kroop Michael Mario’s mandate as administrator subsequently also came to an end.

Sovata-based ALUNIS SRL appointed Hărşan Cornel as administrator. The company opened a new workplace at 151 Strada Trandafirilor, Sovata, while closing the unit operating on Strada Stâna de Vale, without a street number.

Târgu Mureș-based OVERSIZE TRANSPORT SRL, formerly SPECIAL TRANSPORTS SRL, changed both its name and registered office. The company moved from 2 Strada Duzilor to 229 Strada Gheorghe Doja, Târgu Mureș.

Sovata-based PROMEDIVET SRL opened a new secondary location at 115/B Strada Praidului, Sovata.

Târgu Mureș-based DARINA COM SRL established a new workplace at 20–22 Strada Transilvaniei, Târgu Mureș.

Târgu Mureș-based REEA SRL closed its workplace at 18 Strada Cercului, apartment 1, Bucharest, Sector 2.

Pănet-based THEREZIA PRODCOM SRL decided to close several units at the same time. The workplaces at no. 148 Pogăceaua, no. 231 Berghia, no. 169 Cuieșd, no. 200/A Grebenișu de Câmpie and 217 Bd. 1 Decembrie 1918, Târgu Mureș, were closed.

Odorhei Zone

Vlăhița-based EURO-ECOLOGIC SRL relocated one of its operating locations in Ilfov County. It closed the workplace in Cernica commune, plot 1, parcel A18, cadastral no. 520, Land Book no. 57534 Cernica, and established a new unit at 48 Strada Prelungirea Gării Căţelu, Căldăraru, Cernica commune, on the property registered under Land Book no. 59050 Cernica.

Odorheiu Secuiesc-based MELINDA-IMPEX INSTAL SA made several changes to its workplace network. The company closed its Arad unit at 50 Calea Timișorii. It also closed the workplace at 5 Strada Nicolae Bălcescu, Odorheiu Secuiesc, while opening a new unit at 153 Strada Toplița, Miercurea-Ciuc.

Odorheiu Secuiesc-based MELINDA-IMPEX STEEL SA also expanded in Miercurea-Ciuc, registering a new workplace at 41 Strada Harghita, second floor, office 14.

Odorheiu Secuiesc-based HINODE CAR EXPERT SRL underwent an ownership change. Nagy Ileana exited the company and transferred 22,818 shares, with a total nominal value of RON 228,180, to Geréb Levente. Under the new structure, Geréb Levente holds 90.3% and Gothárd Lehel-Attila 9.7%.

Cristuru Secuiesc-based SZINKER SPEDITION SRL admitted a new shareholder. Szabó Hunor-Dénes transferred 100 shares to Szabó Krisztina, resulting in a 90%–10% ownership structure in favour of Szabó Hunor-Dénes.

The shareholders of Vlăhița-based FLANGE AND WELDING SOLUTIONS SRL decided to dissolve and simultaneously liquidate the company. According to the resolution, the business has no debts to the state or creditors and no assets to distribute, meaning the next step is removal from the Trade Register.

Morăreni-based LASZLO-CONSTR SRL established a new workplace at 2 Strada Sportului, Odorheiu Secuiesc.

Cristuru Secuiesc-based SPECTRUM CENTER SRL relocated its registered office within the town, from 61 Strada Berde Mózes to 11 Strada Orbán Balázs. Szél Julianna was also appointed as a new administrator.

Porumbenii Mari-based BRUTARIA BACHUS SRL closed its workplace at 1 Strada Trandafirilor, apartment 1, Sighișoara.

Summary

The July–August filings show that capital transactions and ownership restructurings were particularly prominent among Szeklerland’s TOP companies. SITREB moved to an equal 50–50 ownership structure, PROTENA underwent a major reshaping of its shareholder base, while several companies completed capital increases accompanied by share premiums worth tens of millions of lei.

The reorganisation of physical operating networks was also significant. SECUIANA closed several stores across Romania while registering a new unit in Târgu Secuiesc, whereas EIGHTEENGYM expanded its network by nine workplaces. The Melinda group strengthened its presence in Miercurea-Ciuc while closing units in other locations.

Among the major financing decisions of the period were E.ON Energie România’s credit facility of up to RON 300 million and the new and extended bank financing arrangements approved for CIS GAZ.
